A Shool Crossing Patrol person is desperately needed for the crossing on Kilby Road that links Wolsey Close through the jitty to Batchelor Road and the Fleckney Primary School.

Working Hours: 5 hours 50 mins per week term time. Required to work two shifts per day generally 35 mins (morning and afternoon)

About the Role

You will be required to work two shifts per day generally 35 mins (morning and afternoon) to ensure the safety of children crossing the road at school journey times. Main duties are to stop the traffic and operate the crossing for children and adults wishing to use the service using the stop sign and wearing the full uniform (hat and coat). You will carry out the councils policy with regard to the service which includes Health & Safety procedures and reporting of incidents and accidents.
